Easyway Minibus Hire
Easyway Minibus Hire is to cease trading from 31st July, leaving all the company’s operating routes at risk. Bridgend council is considering options for the future of the affected routes with other operators.
Customers are advised to use alternative bus services operating nearby or considering the Town Rider service operated by Bridgend Community Transport where services are not available.
This will impact the following services:
16 - Bridgend - Bettws
This service currently supplied by Easyway, will cease operating after Friday 29 July. As of yet, no other operator has registered to operate the services or routes.
49 - Bridgend - Oaklands
This service currently supplied by Easyway, will cease operating after Friday 29 July. As of yet, no other operator has registered to operate the services or routes.
81 - Bridgend - Penyfai
This service currently supplied by Easyway, will cease operating after Friday 29 July. As of yet, no other operator has registered to operate the services or routes.
32A - Cardiff Central - St Fagans Museum
Cardiff Bus have confirmed that from Monday 1st August they will be taking over former Easyway service 32A and operating service 32 between Cardiff City Centre and St Fagans National Museum.

This service currently supplied by Easyway, will instead be supplied by New Adventure Travel with effect from Thursday, 01-Sep-2022 (Easyway will cease to run them on Wednesday 31-Aug-2022). Timetable information and service route will remain the same.
