Llanwonno Road will be closed from its junction with Arthur Street to its junction with Hawthorn Terrace.
The closure is necessary to facilitate emergency repairs to the carriageway.
It is expected to be in operation from 8:00pm on 26th June to 4:00am on 27th June 2019 and 8:00pm on 27th June to 4:00am on 28th June 2019 or until such time as the works have been completed.
During the period of the closure the alternative route is as follows: From the northern side of the closure proceed via Llanwonno Road, High Street, Commercial Street, Oxford Street/Henry Street, Miskin Road, Penrhiwceiber Road, Abercynon Road, Glamorgan Street and Hawthorn Terrace to the southern side of the closure.
The route for drivers travelling in the opposite direction is the reverse of the above.
